PBCS: Loading a custom dimension via Data Management

Teresa ModestaSep 21 2018 — edited Sep 21 2018

Hi,

I am following this guide; -

Loading Metadata Flat Files | Oracle PBCS Features You May Not Be Using - Part 4

I am trying to load a custom dimension with metadata.

My question is, as you can load a variety of fields the guide is vague on what exactly what to do in 'Target Application Mapping', and I am not clear on exactly what I should be populating in the 'Data Table Column Name' fields.

I tried with UD1, UD2, UD3, UD5 as my file contains five columns, one of which I do not need to import.

I configured and run the rule, but it errors out indicating that all of the rows have - [NULL ACCOUNT VALUE]

I am not trying to load account, I am trying to load a custom dimension.

Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?

thank you,

Teresa
