PBCS integration with HCM Cloud

Dears i am now using data management for direct integration between PBCS and HCM Cloud,

the connection test succeeded, while the initialization failed, please check the below screenshot:

Initializing HCM Source System for PBCS is not supported.

any reasons for this issue?
