Pbcs - how to defrag a cube?

One of our cubes in PBCS was having average clustering ratio as 0.35. i just added a leaf level Store member under account dimension ( dense) and refreshed the cube. The clustering ratio increased to 0.37 only.

How can I completely remove fragmentation from that BSO cube( aim of clustering ratio equal 1)

This is impacting our performance of data retrieval in data forms and also the business rules run a little slower than earlier.
