Hello everyone,
just want to ask for your opinion on this issue i have been encountering.
i created a Balance Sheet form to retrieve of course Balance Sheet information.
the Accounts are in the rows, and period in the Column.
all other dimension are in the POV/page section. i am only retrieving at consolidated level, so its Parent Company, All Departments, etc.
for some reason, it is taking a long while for the form to open, and when it finally opens, it says form is invalid.
i tried to change the layout and just retrieve one Balance Sheet account (Cash account) and base level entity and department, but still having the same issue.
all of my other forms are working as expected, so not sure why this is the only one that behaves this way.
i have an Income Statement form that has the same POV dimensions, but the form is working.
would you be able to tell me what i did wrong here? even when i try to retrieve Balance Sheet data in SmartView, excel becomes unresponsive, then it crashes.
any insights is greatly appreciated!!
