PBCS - BSO - limitation on the numbers of members in the hierarchy?

Is there any limitation on the numbers of members in a single hierarchy in BSO cube @ PBCS app?

Tried to load 40k members in the BSO hierarchy (Sparse), in the Job console, it shows succesful with no errors, but when viewed the dimension via SV / Application Overview it just shows 4865 members.

So wanted to understand the missing pieces?

P.S. I know we can build an ASO, but there is data export / import that needs to be done again and again and hence the BSO cube .
