Payment functionality needs to allow for Multi-Tenancy or Multi Region.
The Deposit Control is the highest level payment object but does not contain a CIS Division as an option.
Suggestion to add optional CIS Division, similar to many other objects, where this works to restrict by CIS Division if this field is populated.
If a Deposit Control is created with the CIS Division field populated, users can only access this Deposit Control if their user is configured to allow access to this CIS Division.
The Deposit Control Characteristics could be used but would need the Char Type C1-CISDV allowed on the Deposit Control Entity and then have the security built around this.
