Workflow or API calls:
We have three SMART on FHIR integration of Stratus Imaging Viewer in PowerChart. Recently it's discovered that the patient FHIR resource returned contains more than one entries that with the same “OID”.
SI Viewer upon integration had the agreement with Cerner that we can pick a OID id in patient FHIR resource to find the corresponding MRN. Now, with the duplicate OID id, MRN retrieval becomes unpredictable.
Expected Result:
Patient FHIR resource should only contain a unique OID so SI Viewer can pick the proper MRN for the integration.
Actual Result:
Across three sites all of them are experiencing duplicate OID id in patient FHIR resource.
