Patient Access R4 endpoints

Workflow or API calls:

b.well Connected Health is a patient access platform which allows healthcare consumers/patients to access and retrieve their health data from a provider. b.well is a Oracle Cerner registered third party patient access application. We have a number of FHIR R4 connections with Oracle Cerner Millennium clients. We have been receiving more connection requests from patients and we cannot locate Oracle Cerner Millennium client endpoint in the directory (https://github.com/oracle-samples/ignite-endpoints/blob/main/millennium_patient_r4_endpoints.json). We have the following questions:

  • How often are the endpoint directories updated?
  • Are Oracle Cerner Millennium clients required to enable FHIR APIs in order for third party applications (app developers) to access the R4 resources and also for them to be added to the endpoint directory?
  • If yes to the above question, are there Oracle artifacts/help guides/standard process that clients can be pointed to in order to easily enable patient access FHIR APIs?
