Patching Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13c fails

Hi dears,

When i try to pacth OMS Home omspatcher and opatch gives the following plugin errors:

The following sub-patches are incompatible with components installed in the OMS system: 26662096,26871861,27160126,27160113,27031050

OUI-67073:UtilSession failed: Patch 25501408 requires component(s) that are not installed in OracleHome.

These not-installed components are oracle.sysman.si.agent.plugin:13.2.1.0.0

java.lang.RuntimeException: Patch 25501408 requires component(s) that are not installed in OracleHome.

These not-installed components are oracle.sysman.si.agent.plugin:13.2.1.0.0,

I looked at the folder $OMS_HOME/plugins/, there is not any plugins older. I think, the patch tries to upgrade plugin oracle.sysman.si.agent.plugin, but no exists.

How do i achieve this problem, Please Help,
