Patching from 4.0.0.00.46 to 4.0.2.00.06 - Images Directory update needed?

Hi all,

When applying the patch for Apex from 4.0.0.00.46 to 4.0.2.00.06, does the Image directory need to be updated? Documentation says:

"During an upgrade, you must incorporate the new images directory. Copy the patch/images directory into the images directory used for Application Express."

is a patch from 4.0.0 to 4.0.2 considered an upgrade?
