Patch Upgrade Issue Oracle APEX 24.2

To test the latest version, I installed Oracle APEX 24.2 and applied the patch p37366599_2420_Generic. After applying the patch, I copied the images folder to ORDS and then started the APEX Workspace. Upon installing the Sample Card application, the pages displayed below and showed a JavaScript error.
