.patch_storage folder is missing previous opatch history 19c oracle database on windows64

Hi,

I was about to apply security patches to my on-premise oracle database (19c on MS Windows64 platform), but opatch fails since it needs oracle_home/.patch_storage contents from previously applied patches for rolling off ole and apply new patches.

How to retrieve those ./patch_storage contents?

Can the contents of oracle_home/.patch_storage folder go to the recyclybin of D: drive where the oracle home sits,?

Can AHF/TFA help in anyways in retriving those contents if i use diagcollectall with timestamp?

Errors are as below-

"OPSR-TIME] Raw inventory loaded successfully

NApply::no CAS enabled, OPatch runs with legacy process

Checking if Oracle Home has components required by patches..

Skip patch 35348034 from list of patches to apply: This patch is not needed.

I will appreciate any help regarding it. Thank you.
