We have applied the OMS 13.4 RU 14 33585484 on OMS home and want to to apply the Enterprise Manager 13c Release 4 Platform Update 14 (13.4.0.14) for Oracle Management Agent patch 33426171 and other Agent-side Plugins.
Created the Patch Plan with the patches 33426171, 33454196, 33491042, 33002052,33434250 and kicked off Analyze, but it's hung in 'Analysis in Progress' for over an hour now with the job in Suspended on lock status. Anyone come across this issue?
