Patch oracle ADF Runtime 11.1.2.2.0

Hi All,

I use oracle JDeveloper 11.1.2.2.0. And I need to test my application on production environment. Because of this, I need to instal weblogic server and ADF runtime.
Today, I find a difficulty to get a patch oracle ADF Runtime for this version (11.1.2.2.0). Oracle JDeveloper download page tells me that I need to download ADF runtime 11.1.1.6.0 and get patch for 11.1.2.2.0 from oracle support.
When I try to visit oracle support, I can't download this patch.

Do you have any idea how to download it? Or could somebody provide a non oracle link to download this patch???

I really wonder, as we know JDeveloper is free to be downloaded, but why for the patch is restricted. I think oracle should give a patch download link like we download ADF runtime 11.1.1.6.0
And of course, this restriction slow my development phase !!!

Very disappointing..
