Patch Assessment Report/Template
581340Sep 5 2007 — edited Sep 6 2007Does anyone have an Oracle patch assessment report/template that can be used to provide to management/owners of Oracle systems?
I know Oracle does a good job of providing the quarterly Critical Patch Update (CPU) with comprehensive information ..... which maybe upto 10 pages.
But is there a short and generic template (1 or 2 page) that you use for your managers, which highlights the risk, business impacts, contingencies, etc of a CPU and leaves the real technical details out? Or has anyone got other experiences, stories, information they provide to managers to convince them and get approval on deploying Oracle patches.
