Is there any relation between Peoplesoft Tools version and the patch for OEM PS Plugin?
For patch 17558291, it didn't mention the applicable version of PT, possibly because it has no step on PS side.
But in 1614036.1 - Diagnostic Utility to troubleshoot issues with PeopleSoft Plug-in for Enterprise Manager,
it specifically says Applies to PT 8.53 or later.
I need figure out a way to find out if a OEM PS Plugin patch is OK to deployed to a certain version of PS
since our current production version is PT 8.51.
