Patch 12395110

Guys,
I'm installing soa suite in my computer.
I'm planning to go with 11.1.1.5 Jdev, 10.3.5 WLS, 11.1.1.5 RCU, 11.1.1.5 SOA Suite.

As per the following link,
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E23104_01/download_readme_ps4/download_readme_ps4.htm#BABHDBJC
it is asking us to apply the Patch 12395110 for RCU.

Is this really required.
