Password reuse

My question regards password reuse. We have a profile that limits the reuse of passwords to 365, which has been reached. As a work around we have set the two parameters, PASSWORD_REUSE_TIME and PASSWORD_REUSE_MAX to UNLIMITED. However, due to security constraints, this is not a viable option.

Is it possible to purge the retained passwords from an Oracle table? Is there such a table? Any other options that I should be looking at?
