Password problem in Oracle 10g

I downloaded Oracle 10g database and installed it (Enterprise edition) with all the basic configurations today. I somehow forgot to create passwords (i.e. click the password management link). So I am not able to login to the database.

How can I look into the password, or do I need to re-install again.

Also what is the access url for the database.

Actually I was able to get the enterprise URL after installation, but I was not able to login. but after sometime even the URL is not working, i.e. I am not able to get the login page (enterprise URL) itself.

Previously it was http://myhostname.mydomainname:1158/em/
