Password History in Oracle!!

Hi,

I need to know that, is Oracle Database Stores its User's Password History? If yes then how can we check the Passwords in Alphabet. Because I tried with DBA_USERS view, but it was showing the current Password in Encrypted Form. Please Lemme know that how can I check the password history of Database Users?
