PASSWORD_GRACE_TIME = unlimited

My account is EXPIRED(GRACE) in dba_users account_status column. I am
in a profile which translates to PASSWORD_GRACE_TIME=unlimited and
PASSWORD_LIFE_TIME=90 days. When I log in through sqlplus why am I not getting
any warnings/error messages?

RDBMS = 10.2.0.2
