Password generator

Hi all,

11g,

For PCIDSS compliance, we need to change database users passwords every 60 days. Since we have lots of db users we want to automate this using password generator tools that provide required complexities. Then I will saved the password in a table for reference and backup purposes but the values are encrypted.

Does Oracle have random password generating functions? Or can I use open source tools like "KeePass"? and integrate it with Oracle functions? Has anybofy here done password change automation in Oracle? Or is it possible and duable?
