Password for sysadmin account for UCM 11g

Hi,

I have problem to start stand alone applications such as Archiver, because I need to login with sysadmin account for UCM. The account is as I have understood created during installation by the system itself. I have tried to change the password but the changes is not saved and I have tried to create another admin account and tried to login to the stand alone applications but even that do no work to login with.

Need urgent help!!
