Passing parameters from .Net app to a Java web service

Hi All,

Customer has a .Net application(as a front end) running and for the integration with external system, he wants to have the java based web services?

Could someone please clarify the below things.

a) Parameters mapping from a dot net application to the java based web service.
b) What are the different data types supported/non-supported by both .Net and Java?
c) Passing streams as a parameter from .net application to the Java based web service.
