passing parameters between different Subject Areas using Column's Navigate

hello All

I know that I can pass parameters between reports across few subject areas using Go Url. However I would like to keep functionality of having drop down menu being displayed when defyining multi target in column's Navigate functionality. So the problem I faced is following

1) when I define few targets in Navigate - is that possible to transfer parameters to destinations these links point to? (I have tried to add them at the end of the link in 'Target' field but with no success)

2) or alternatively - when using GoUrl ,can I define a <a href link which could point to mulitple places and drop down menu would be displayed?
