Passed Certificate Not Generated Despite Completion Email with passed score

Hi, I cleared the following 2 exams:

Exam 1Z0-1127-25: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 Generative AI Professional with 90% score on 30th October and
Exam 1Z0-1109-25: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 DevOps Professional with 82% score on 1st November.

But no certification was generated for either case.

I need it to show my employer asap. I tried to visit Help & Supprt page but that is not opening and showing 400 Bad Request. Please resolve the issue. Please help me to get it. Let me know if you need any more information.
