pass parameter to public app using url

hi i have a oracle apex public page with a field named P12_TOKEN i would like to pass tru url example: http://apex-prod2:8080/ords/f?p=154:12:5809269049886:::::P12_TOKEN:123 so in the page i can see the value 123 in the text field this is my current config, what im missing ?
