Pass more than one bind variable Values

J Dev 12.2.1

Hi, In my application i used a radio button group and i am getting the value also, based on the value i am getting the datas from Database also. In database values as integer (eg :1,2 and 3). In radio button group i have an 'All' option is there that means when i click on All option i need to pass all the bind variable values like 1,2 and 3 together. i tried but in DB i cannot pass these 3 values together. Help me please
