Pass display value of name of select list in another item.

Hello everyone!

I have a database column P1_COUNTRY which is select list and display Name United States of America and return value USA.

Also I have a item P1_CITY which is also select list and display Name Newyork and return value NYK

Also I have a P1_ REMARK item which is text area.

Now whenever I change the country,city, the name of the city and country should be reflected in my remarks item like 'United states of America Newyork'. How can we do this?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
