Partitioning a big table with a lob

Cyrille MODIANOJun 16 2016 — edited Jun 18 2016

Hi,

I have a table mainly used to store pdf documents.

The table will be partitioned by hash on an ID column to fit with the logic of the application.

I use a different tablespace for the table data, the table indexes and the table lob.

My concern is about the lob tablespace, it is a bigfile tablespace and can grow up to 32 TB, but that will not be sufficient, I will need to create at least 5 tablespaces for the lobs.

My question is : what is the best way to spread my lobs across multiple tablespaces?

Thanks

Cyrille MODIANO
