Partial records are returned for a particular patient from "Baptist Health South Florida" provider.

Patient has 21 Observation lab record from Baptist Health South Florida but we see only 7 records when we pull it using FHIR R4 APIs. Can someone help with the RCA for this?

Please treat this with high priority as we have a release blocked.
