Partial Page Refresh - Apex 4

Hi,

I've been looking at the new Dynamic Actions in Apex 4 and I am very impressed but could somebody tell me if there is now a better way to do a partial page refresh of a report region without having to resort to the old way of using javascript to fetch the report content from another page? I have noticed that there is a Partial Page Refresh option in the report attributes but I am unsure how you use this?
