Parse Name

Hi,
Is there a good way to parse something like this using regex or whatever:

TIFFANY JOHNSON
STACY/DAVID ACHENBACH
ARCHIE DEAN/MARY ABBOTT
ROBERT AGERBEEK/SHARON

The result should look like:

First_Name_1    First_Name_2           Last_Name_1           Last_Name_2  
TIFFANY                                 JOHNSON          
STACY              DAVID                ACHENBACH
ARCHIE             MARY                 DEAN                      ABBOTT
ROBERT            SHARON             AGERBEEK
