Parent window refresh when close child popup skill builder window

Hi, using APex 4.2.1.

I found this forum is very helpful and source of learning. thanks for everyone who share and help.

can anyone help me for my issue. i have a popup window from parent screen so when popup window (skill builders) close or submit the record then parent window (which holding IR report) should be refresh itself?
