Parameters in reports subscriptions

Hi,

In Apex 19.2

How does the parameters works in a report subscription.

I have this IR that works with the parameters in the left side panel

If I do a subscription for the report to receive it every month, which parameters the report will use?

can I specify static parameters?

How does that work?
