Parallel Select queries hanging on 2nd or subsequent runs 11.2.0.1

Hi,

We are running 11.2.0.1 on AIX and are experiencing the following regularly.

Have selects which run as parallel queries and are O.K on 1st run - retyurn really quickly - sometimes same SQL O.K on next run but on subsequent runs, (sometimes on 2nd run) the queries simply hanging.

Very simple queries. Happens whether parameter PARALLEL_DEGREE_POLICY set to AUTO or not.

Nothing being shown in alert log.

Any ideas?
