Panel Grid Layout and browser zoom

I have created a Panel Grid Layout inside a Dialog component. When the dialog is displayed in zoom level 100% on my PC (regardless Chrome or Firefox), the input components are the wanted size. When I change the zoom level to 95%, the input components grows outside the borders of the dialog component. The dialog is displayed corretly at any other zoom level.

I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.7, Mozilla Firefox 30.0, Google Chrome 35.0

The application is deployed on WebLogic 10.3.6 and is showing same behaviour as in development environment.

Do you have any experience with this issue?

Is this issue fixed in patch #18277370?
