Paid one month Lab and did not get license since a week

Dears,

I have paid last week 26 Euros for one month LAB exercise, but I still did not get the license and lab tab is not visible in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure courses. Who I should contact to? And what steps need to be taken?

Hola, una base de datos Oracle esta compuesta por mucho mas que los archivos DBF. Necesitaras adicionalmente los control file (extension ctl) y los redo logs, y algunos archivos de configuración (pfile o spfile) y de password… Y todo debe estar en las mismas carpetas/paths que en el server original. Otro tema es la plataforma, si los archivos son de una base instalada en Linux y estas intentando abrirlos en Windows por ejemplo.

La arquitectura Te sugiero que contactes a quien te brindo esos archivos y le expliques que no tenes experiencia en Oracle como para ver alguna otra alternativa para que puedas acceder los datos.
