Pagination in Table

Hi All,
When we enable a pagination in table, we will get a next, previous etc page navigation option in bottom of the table. Is there any way to make it available in TOP & BOTTOM of the TABLE? also is that possible to provide an option to go some page numbers (in pivot table we can achieve this, same way is that possible in Table view?)
