Pagination clears in case of validation failure in Oracle APEX

Hi All,

I have created an APEX application in apex.oracle.com which has an Item and a tabular form in the page. I have added an validation for that item selected pagination for the Tabular form. Whenever the validation fails the pagination link is disappeared from the tabular form. Please see below for the screenshot,

Without validation error:

Please let me know is there any work around to overcome this issue. I would like to see the pagination of the tabular form irrespective of any validation failure or success.
