Page Title not Showing Correctly After Changing Page Title in Apex 5.1.1 Page Designer

Hi,

I have changed the Page title from 'Support Communications Plan Report' to 'Support Communications Plan' it is still showing the old title 'Support Communications Plan Report'. Please see the screen print below.

The following screen print shows the page properties in page designer.

Did I change the title from the correct location? Am I missing something?
