APEX

In many of the standard themes in APEX only Page Template Body 3 allows the items to be above region content. Is there a way to change the other template regions to display item from below the region content to above the region content?

The work around I have been using is to change the region content to a region without a title, then create a region above it and place the items in that region.

Just frustrating when you move a report from one template body to another and the items associated to that report go from the top to the bottom.

It would be nice if we could control item positions above or below region content.

Any ideas?
