Page skipping and tear off problem in dot matrix printer

hi friends

I made one text report of delivery order report page size Height = 11 and Width = 9 (Report width 80 height 66 and its working perfectly but tear off or page break not automatically done so after print report user manuall intervention required for tear off . but if some one send more then one print then its overlap.

As a solution i insert page number in the report bottom but still problem same but when i down that page number field then auto tear off started but
now problem is that page number print on next page header and if report is on two page then Print one page normally and then skip one blank page
then on third page print second page.

Can any one help in this regards, i use Oracle 10-G.
