On refresh my page jumped (scrolls) to the bottom of the screen. This was on all browsers I tried.
If you are encountering this issue the problem I had was my DA refresh region had Fire on Initialization checked. Once it was unchecked the scroll stopped.
Posting this because could not find an answer in the forums and hopefully will help if anybody else enounters this.
