page refresh on press of tab

Hi

I have application with multiple tabs. The problem is when I open a page by pressing Tab button, it opens the page but it shows the previous values in text/lov fields. My requirement is that it should refresh the page when I open a page by pressing a tab.

I am new in this tool...what changes I need to do in my form.
