Page Numbering in a Reporting Book - how to get TOC page numbers on the rep

Hi,

I am in the book setup section of a book I am trying to setup that will have dozens of pages. I am trying to get the respective TOC page # on the top or bottom of each page of the book. Does not seem to be an option or I am missing it. It gives me page numbers on the TOC but I want it on the report pages. (not page numbering in the format of the report itself).
