Page Load Progress Bar

Hello everybody,

I want to show my Users a progress bar if a page is loading. So I found the Pace Progress Indicator Plug-in. It is really good and works when the page appears. But I want that the progress bar also appears when the page is loading.

For the 7.58 seconds I want that a progress bar appears.

Has anybody an idea. It would be so helpful.
