Page down key keeps scrolling in multi-record block

I'm working on oracle forms 10.1.2.3.0, Platform - Linux x86. I have a multi-record block. Earlier I had the problem of scrolling using Down arrow key. If user keeps the Down Arrow key pressed for a little while and then release it , the records keep on scrolling for a long time.
As per metalink Doc ID:360242.1 for slow scrolling. We Added scrollControl=true as a parameter. That helped us with Down Arrow key. So, now the scrolling stops as soon as we release the Down Arrow key.

But now found that the same issue is happening with Page Down key. On pressing Page Down key for a little while, keeps the pages scrolling for long time. Does anyone has any idea about a different parameter or any solution for this?
