Page as a Copy failed -Bad Request HTTP Status Code: 400

Hello Team,

I wonder if you can help with the following issue(s).

When I am trying to create a Page as a Copy from an existing page, I am getting the error:
Bad Request HTTP Status Code: 400

This is done via the interface and I am getting this error for multiple pages (if not all).

APEX: Oracle APEX 23.2.1
Env: OCI Always Free
DB: ADW
