Packaged Applications -Incident Tracking and Meeting Miutes APEX 4.2

Hi,

I installed packaged applications Bug Tracking, Incident Tracking and Meeting Minutes. I unlocked all of them. But only Bug Tracking is appearing under Application Builder. Incident Tracking and Meeting Minutes are not.

I want to integrate all these applications. To do this I need to modify them. In order to do that they have to be there under application builder.
Could you please help me?

I am having APEX 4.2 on 11g XE with OHS.
